Build the conditions where different minds do their best work.
We help leadership teams recognise where neurodivergent analytical talent is already creating — or quietly losing — commercial value, then design the structural changes that turn it into a repeatable asset.
Recognition is not only a diagnosis of the employee. It is a diagnosis of the relationship between the employee, manager, task, team and system.
Recognise → Understand → Design → Benefit
The horizontal method is crossed with four operating areas: output & performance, AI adoption, leadership & management, and HR, policy and operations.
| Stage | Output & performance | AI adoption | Leadership | HR / operations |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Recognise | Identify exceptional and inconsistent output patterns. | Find early adopters, contextual prompters and resilient testers. | Map managers who unlock or suppress performance. | Locate policy, onboarding and process friction. |
| Understand | Explain why certain problems energise and others stall. | Understand curiosity, verification and working-specialist behaviour. | Examine feedback, autonomy, clarity, RSD and trust. | Separate capability issues from adjustment or system issues. |
| Design | Shape roles, briefs, task boundaries and quality controls. | Build exploration, validation and governance into AI use. | Train practical support, feedback and activation techniques. | Improve onboarding, adjustments and cross-functional support. |
| Benefit | Higher-quality, reusable output and stronger decisions. | Faster responsible adoption and better ROI. | Lower friction, burnout and avoidable performance escalation. | Retention, reduced risk and more resilient operations. |
What different buyers care about
| Audience | What they care about | Measurable value |
|---|---|---|
| CEO / executive | Growth, decision quality, risk, capability and adaptability | Faster problem-solving, stronger adaptability, reduced capability leakage |
| CMO / marketing | Acquisition, retention, attribution, audience and competitive advantage | Better customer insight, campaign decisions and reusable intelligence |
| Data / BI leadership | Trusted insight, adoption, scalable data products, stakeholder confidence | Reusable dashboards, fewer one-off builds, stronger buy-in |
| Product / technology | Adoption, experimentation, UX, architecture, responsible AI | Faster learning, stronger interfaces, better AI ROI |
| People / HR / L&D | Retention, manager capability, adjustments, performance, legal risk | Lower attrition, fewer misread cases, more defensible processes |
Ways to work together
Diagnostic
Interviews, relationship mapping, work-pattern review, AI-use signals and a prioritised action plan.
Leadership workshops
Two-to-three-hour sessions showing how a divergent analyst approaches an ambiguous problem — and what managers can do with that.
Manager toolkits
Practical guidance on feedback, activation, autonomy, meeting design and role fit.
Advisory engagements
Combining data strategy, AI adoption and neurodivergent team design for the specific shape of your organisation.
Mentoring
For neurodivergent technical talent, on communication, stakeholder trust, sustainable performance and career narrative.
Speaking & briefings
Research briefings, essays and keynote talks drawing on the book as the intellectual spine.
Three techniques you can use this week
Not everything here needs a diagnostic engagement first. These are specific, low-cost moves any manager can try on their next project.
Check who the notetaker forgot
If an AI meeting notetaker is already summarising calls into action items, look at who has none attached to their name. Some tools break down speaking time by participant too — if the room averaged 7-8% each and one person spoke for 1.5%, that's a concrete data point, not a vague impression.
Give the mind nodes, not an open field
When a fast-moving analyst starts spinning up theories faster than the room can evaluate them, bound it rather than shut it down. Ask for two or three specific paths to investigate, written down and shared, rather than one unfiltered conclusion acted on immediately.
Signpost the agenda in advance
Confidence in the room tracks with how much retrospective data and prior context was flagged before the meeting started. An agenda that says what's coming — not just what's on it — measurably changes how much a divergent mind contributes once it's in the room.
Three steps to get started
- A discovery conversation to understand your organisation and goals.
- A tailored proposal — diagnostic, workshop, advisory engagement or speaking brief.
- Delivery, with practical tools your team can keep using.
